Dr. Paul Genasci grew up in Susanville, California, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from U.C. Davis then completed dental school at U.C.L.A School of Dentistry, earning a D.D.S degree as a general dentist in 1988.
He was accepted into and completed a General Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, completing advanced training in dentistry. He has practiced all areas of General Dentistry in private practice since 1989.
Dr. Lee Anne Stigers grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Centre College of Kentucky. She then completed dental school at the University Of Kentucky College Of Dentistry in 1988, earning a D.M.D. degree.
She was accepted in to the General Practice Residency program at the University of Kentucky where further dental and medical education was completed.

SARAH HOWARD, RDH has worked at Genasci and Stigers Dental Office for 3 years as a dental hygienist. Sarah is a true Tahoe girl born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, loving hiking, skiing and spending time with her family enjoying her beautiful Tahoe home. Sarah is focused on providing the best dental care for our patients. We are proud to have her share her sincere conscientious skill as a dental hygienist with patients in the office.
Tahnie grew up in South Lake Tahoe and became interested in dentistry at a young age. Initially she completed the dental assisting program at South Tahoe High School then went on to get her degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a Dental Hygienist for 20 years.
Tahnie loves dentistry and finds her profession to be very interesting. She enjoys engaging with our patients and taking care of their oral hygiene.
She loves spending time with her family, and friends and she loves living in Tahoe.
Katie graduated from San Joaquin Valley College with degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005. Katie has a very thorough technique with a gentle touch. She enjoys connecting with patients on a personal level. In Katie’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active paddle boarding, hiking and lifting weights and participating in women’s Bible studies.
Audrey has worked in the dental field for 17 years, with the past 8 at Genasci and Stigers, Tahoe Family Dentist. She finds joy in working with children and creating positive dental experiences from the start. Originally from Seattle, she graduated from Iowa City High School and continued her education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Audrey is the proud mom of Charlie and Alice. Beyond dentistry, she enjoys snowboarding, coaching softball, playing guitar, and singing in the choir. A fun fact: her grandmother, Gertrude Fitzgerald, played softball until age 75 and raised 11 children
Kelli Miles, RDA moved to beautiful South Lake Tahoe in 2007. She started her dental career in 2002 as an assistant. She is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys snowboarding, hiking, biking, surfing, and spending time with friends and family. Kelli seeks to ensure that her patients are comfortable at each appointment and loves to see them smile.
Debbie has over 30 years experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. With attention to detail, she has a passionate commitment to providing top quality dental care with a gentle touch. She enjoys skiing, golfing, mountain biking and hiking with her dog, Bella and feels blessed to call Tahoe her home.
Myriam has been in the dental field for 20 years and has proudly served at Genasci and Stigers Dental for nearly 2 years . A South Lake Tahoe native, she studied at South Tahoe High School and earned her Associate’s Degree in Math and Science from South Lake Tahoe Community College. Myriam loves helping patients feel confident about their smiles and ensuring every visit is a positive experience. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her three kids, attending soccer games, watching movies, and going on walks. She is bilingual in English and Spanish
As the Front Office Coordinator at Genasci & Stigers Dental Corporation, Sara Yelles is the warm and welcoming presence patients first see when they arrive. With a background in psychology, B.A. in Behavioral Studies and Counseling from Concordia College, NY, Sara excels in helping patients feel comfortable, especially those who may feel anxious about dental visits. She thrives on building connections and keeping the office running smoothly.
Originally from Apple Valley, CA, Sara enjoys life with her husband James and their dog Coop. Together, they love walks, bike rides, golfing, and discovering new foods. A fun fact, Sara is a twin. In her free time, she enjoys painting, soccer, board games, and family tim
With over six years in the dental field and three at Genasci & Stigers Dental Corporation, Elsa Eschen is a highly skilled Front Office Coordinator. Starting her career as a dental intern in 2018, she has since earned certifications in Dental Assisting, Coronal Polishing, X-ray, CPR, and Infection Control. Today, she oversees scheduling, finances, and treatment planning while ensuring every patient experience is smooth and positive.
Originally from Roseville, CA, Elsa earned her Associate’s Degree in Business from Lake Tahoe Community College. She shares her life with her fiancé Jake and their pup Luna in Tahoe, where she embraces both outdoor adventures like hiking, skiing, and lake days, and cozy nights at home with movies and homemade meals. Known for her infectious laugh, Elsa makes every interaction feel lighthearted and welcoming
Alice Martinez brings over 28 years of experience in the dental field and serves as Regional Manager at Genasci & Stigers Dental Corporation. With a year at the practice, she is passionate about supporting and empowering her team to deliver outstanding patient care every day.
